The project has been developed in one of the most exclusive areas of Las Carmelitas, Santiago, integrating important criteria of accessibility, privacy, security and aesthetics. Rooms designed to integrate the interior with the environment, where you can enjoy an unbeatable quality of life, with cozy spaces designed and inspired by nature, its simplicity and elegance. Landscaping has been projected under three fundamental ideas that have shaped this garden: ecological connectivity, analysis of visual interactions, and use of low-maintenance vegetation. For ecological connectivity we have selected native and local species that promote the approach of local fauna, enriching the project environment with their songs and bright colors. The analysis of visual interactions has resulted in the shape of the central park and the definition of the use program: recreational area, stay areas, children’s area, green area and the path. In the park we find some longitudinal bands to the houses of different heights and densities defined by the type of vegetation: shrubby, herbaceous and arboreal. These created habitats are crossed by a path of 130 linear meters that allows us to experience the different sensations that each of these bands of vegetation offers us.
